Victory lap dungeon locked

I've purchased all the dungeon packs, am level 48 but there is a locked icon on the victory lap one (also no option to join in the world map area)

There is no option to purchase

Am I doing something wrong? I'd really like to play it,

Odd, I though the devs got rid of locks...

Have you finished all previous maps, or at least the last one? Maybe it's a new thing to just lock it from below lv50, since it is a boss map idk.

That makes sense, I bought it quite a while ago - I've done most of the quests but still need to release all those captives,
