From where do people farm/find weapons Like dev maul,Capt axe,storm sword,sinister bow,dev bow etc... ??

These are discontinued stuffs from older seasons. I'm not sure but maybe lockeds used to drop them. I wasn't around here those times. Older players can confirm this.

Capt. Axe is from Locked Watch season 3 (Kraken).
Storm Sword is from Locked Watch season 4 (Nordr).
Devourer Maul and Bow are from Locked Watch season 5 (Kelys).
Sinister/Lurid/Gloom are from the weapon from Store in season 5 (Kelys).

Yup. Locked drops. Some elite. And plat purchase in store, like the jungle stuff now.
