Mage skill bug

so as the title say this is about skill mage that get bug, so im trying to charge fireball then when i release the fireball go through the floor no aiming the boss in planar tomb 3 so sts pls fix this, sorry for bad english

Maybe the lagging and distance from server affected the skills aiming.
Relogin and try again.
Also upload the screenshot or video recorded to support it.
Just FYI.
