Some mmos have this option. But server issues may be a problem. There are after all many players with many alts. Maybe there should be a minimum lvl requirement to view one's own rank.
Twinks don't need to see Top Players, etc. It's mostly for endgamers anyways.
yeah we could use the current aps thingy....like u can view ur rank only after u unlock lvl 41 and 10k aps

But there are low-lvl twinks that would like to see their PvP stats, so they will have to be accommodated.
We have to consider the following LBs
Top Players: Easy, restrict to L40+
Top Guilds
Top PvE Kills
Top CTF Kills
Top DM Kills
Top Flags
I might have missed some.
i think the current lb only counts players above lvl 20(i maybe wrong)
we could show pvp rank separately....in this also we can limit ranking to players who have 5k/10k kills,5k/10k flags aps ....

I'd love to see this as it would give me more motivation to get into the top 100 in pve kills as I know a bench mark 1+
