Warrior a dying breed?

Now i know there are some hard core warriors who have ungodly stats that will say that no they arnt. The only reason why i say this is because i always see people hate on tanks and stuff or wonder why they are invited to run elite or do pvp. I originally love the tank idea with the high health and armor but i now have one that i question weather i should put time and gold into him if he is just a waste of time.
I must say tho when the game first came out and i started playing it seemed like everyone was a warrior. Now with all the guild competition and leaderboards its all rogue/mages. I really hope that warriors can make a comeback and be a more solid part of the game. But in essence is it worth putting in the effort/gold to make my lvl41 warrior great?

Warriors are not a dying breed they are extinct in PvE maps.... PvP class is PvP class.

Somany ppl already made similar posts , Warriors are extinct. I had to make a rogue thank god for x2 last week . I'm having somuch fun with my new rogue and Mage .

I like the vanities on warriors best. When I wanna look pimpin', I bust out my warrior with the purple founders armor and lovecraft mask and sit there looking fab.

Go into PvP and get comboed by a tank, the post back here, lol.

Many tanks will be doing 10-15% damage per skill hit or even more in pvp.. Its a nightmare

Regardless imo even after the damage nerf rogues are still op in pvp. Alot of people have quit warrior because they are tired of being 2 shot by a rogue who has gear on par with the warrior

My main character is a rogue, but I just recently invested the time to level out my fighter and get him some better gear, for running Planar tombs and Elites.
From a PVE perspective, it feels nice to have a character that won't get killed in one hit, just wish he could deal a little more damage, or hold aggro better, 8^).
