Balloon Raid!

Be on the look out for the Green Balloon, a raid boss that spawns in Alien Oasis Town, you must take out the red and blue add balloons so Green Balloon loses his 100 dodge!
Here is our first attempt! We will have another go at him later!

this balloon won't pop it has infinity dodge and its says miss miss miss miss miss...
i know we need a lvl 56 with the highest hit percentage and the the balloon well the person will do some pwnage
