Some TOS Questions

I have a few questions.

1: Is it a bannable violation if you let your bro play on your account, or have your account?

2: If you get Game Banned, do you get Forum Banned as well?

3: Is saying "Dammit" bannable behavior? ('scuse me if that's forum bannable too, if it is just inform me and I'll get rid of that)

3.) Yes, if addressing it to someone yes, like Da**it (Name). otherwise if you are saying it to yourself, you can always say it inside your head :o

1. Yes, but you would have to admit to it, because unless your device takes screenshots of your fingerprints, they would have a hard time proving it. Wouldn't recommend it however.

2. Yes. If it is a Permanent Game Ban

3. If you are using it in a derogatory way. I remember Thade saying the occasional cuss while dying or PM to friends, (NOT CUSSING SOMEBODY OUT THOUGH), he is able to turn a blind eye towards.
