Never got small festive hat and no games?

When i logged in my friend told me they gave every player a small festive hat, he told me to check my inventory i checked every slot and i got nothing? and when i try to join a party there are no parties for me on my lv 10 mage for everything accept for dark forest and forest haven. On my lv 20 twink there are parties for every campaign. Please help.

Update: you must be close or over to the level range of the campaign to play it. So, your level 20 has more options available.

As for a hat, you need to either buy with Plat the big one or wave at somebody with a big one to get a mini hat for free.

Either you bought all the necessary dungeons or you didn't. The devs wont be grateful for nothing lol.

And if you did, check stash.

Yeah i checked my stash and it was there. Just wish we had one for every account but thanks! Nice accessory!
