Arena games lvl req

Hi. Just to ask if low lvl twinks are still able to join endgamers in arena games for the APs? If its not, can i know whats the lvl req to enter the arena.. thx!

Min level is 40 to enter in arena.

Arena was joinable for L8 (seen very few people). I don't know about today.
STS should remove the title from low level toons who have got this to remove this curiosity, and jealousy.
