I didn't get the shield that was in stash cause my stash was full. Would you please give me one? Thank you!^^

This is not the case. If we add something to your stash the item will show up even if your stash is full. If you did not receive a shield it means that you did not meet the requirements to earn the shield. If you feel this is an error you may email support. However, more likely than not you did not purchase all of the necessary campaigns (i.e. Fathom Crypts, Balefort Sewers, etc.).
