Shadow towne glitch

Hello there, folks!

I was trying the new Shadow towne and I have encountered a glitch. If i access the towne from the map, "enter towne" button, all is ok. If I try to get to the towne through the secret passage in Malik's museum I am transported to the first map of the shadow caves!

I can attest that's the case indeed. I thought it was meant to be somehow :)

Also, why are the portals in the shadow cave town reversed? The Two portals look like they should swap locations. Unless that was something that was supposed to be entertaining in the absence of anything else in the town?
