In honor of PL's first birthday, I thought it would be cool if people posted things you remember about the game. Like:

Remember when AO3 was new, mages got one-shot and Keeper was so hard, tanks had to glitch him or die even with a tank pot?

Remember Halloween and going crazy trying to "kill" your team-mates because they were dressed as crocs/zombies/aliens?

But the real first time reaction to seeing gurgox... Lol i was a lvl 41 i had old school friends teaching about farming ( the pink cowboy hat wearing team ..many thanks) my reaction was what the h*** is that!! Lol to this day taking a first time mmporg player to gurgox is pricless!!

I rem it was late may r June when swamps came out an ther was a glitch if you were a warrior you could do stomp in the swamp an break thru the map an then walk around the map an when you came back into the map you would hav all the bosses everybody would attack them all an they would drop pinks like it was goin out of style every where but the funny thing is the devs let this go on for bout 4 r 5 days everybody tried to keep it a secret

I still fear Dead Eyes even though he's a relative pushover now, just from the number of times I saw full wipes against him.

Yeah, but before GCD there was another major skills overhaul. Cooldown times were dropped dramatically and mana/mana costs were adjusted to allow far greater use of the skills.

Before that change, Dex Bears were kings. Afterwards, Int Mages ruled PvE and Dex Birds PvP.
