Dungeons

I have noticed that there are no alien oasis dungeons going on and pretty much the the only dungeons that are running are the lost expedition and balefort castle and fathom crypts why are there no other dungeons except these three? And is it something I might be missing? I haven't been playing that much till now so I'm sure there is something about the maps that might be
Making people think it is not worth going to them. Could anyone tell me why these maps never show when I either look for them or just run through looking for something other than lost expedition and and balefort castle.
