Still possible to upgrade mythic helm and armour? I can't find the guy who does quest
Speak with the hermit in one of the shuyal maps. (I think Forest Breach?)

Still can'tseem to find him unless hhe's at the end of one of em

He should be at the end. I believe you run past Ferrix.

Take a left just before Ferrix, enter the little hermit hut.
