About scammers and scamming

Guys... All hate scammers right?
You can't be trusted by anyone and you musn't trust anyone. A guy (i don't tell this name because i don't want this thread be blocked) stolem by me a leprauchen pendant.
Remiem says at all traders conflict: confirmantion window is to be sure you dont got scammed.. But what about root or jailbreack at iphones and android device.. At android is a program with you can change the numbers. This guy who do that changed 19k gold into 190k and it show 190 but there are only 19. After the trade has been finished he said hahahahaa and i answer ? Lol.... After i saw i don't have 190k in my invemtory and i have only 19k .... What can i do about that? I got kicked by my guild cause now they think i am the scammer.. I think trade window must dont have a very green colour confirming because is not exactly what amount of gold he/she put.. Only CS be a point where ppl can trade.

Bro ur right many a people have tried to scam me the way to avoid :
Use ur worst gear/collector items in town nd always whn u click confirm..dont spam it click nd then wait 3 sec. Until final window comes...check again nd if trade's right proceed otherwise u know...cancel :D

Yes ik that but at 2nd trade with it was same amount of gold 190k and i recived only 19k. This is a hack/glitch what you can do with jailbreak at iphones and root at android

Doubtful bro. No offense, but from my perspective this looks like a "fell for an obvious scam and know that admitting so will fix nothing" moment.

Jailbroken or rooted phones (for iPhone and Android respectively, for those unaware) have very little impact on many game components, particularly for games like AL. Much of the games files are kept server-sided which.basically means trying to hack STS server itself, or make a new one and somehow have the AL server recognize it without flagging it.

Most people won't bother attempting because certain factors turn this process into a FEDERAL crime. (Go to jail. Don't pass go. Don't collect $200.) It's just not worth the risk.

So if this scammer DID hack AL server rest easy knowing they will catch and ban, and maybe charge, this person. If not, be aware that this is very difficult to nearly impossible for someone to pull off on anyone.

OP,

you Do realize that even if you root/jailbreak a device and modify some files for AL, you only change what appears on the client side of the game? (aka the app on your device).
The majority of data nowadays are kept on online servers.
