No, because I don't think they have a way of knowing if the other account is you.
If you're talking about characters, I doubt they would limit it as it would just block them from making money from the plat spent

In PL, there were some people with hundreds of characters on the same account (used to exploit daily rewards).
AL, more than likely, has a similar system as well.

I've known a few people with 50-100 alts on the same account. Not sure if there is a limit but as visiting said no one has reached it yet.
