Check to the left of your characters name. Should be there:)

No, look around closely. In Apple devices, people said it's next to the character. I'm not sure but it's been moved, not removed.
In Android Devices, it's in the lower left hand corner.

Initially I thought the loadout tab was missing on my Droid...
It's been moved in the inventory screen to the left of the potions and gold, and below the stats of your character.

This is where mine is on an iPhone too, not next to the character. iPad may be diff because of more space.
