My fix idea for the 2 handed wepon glitch with pics

Take my bear, I have a Bow and a 1H Sword + Shield with me at all times.

Would be cool if when not in use, its slung at the back. I'm pretty sure that can be done to a bow too? :)

Thing is, a vanity shield can be equipped at all times, not affecting your stats. How would the system decide which shield to go on your back if it's just a regular shield?
Anyway, I think it could be a cool perk only available for vanity shields -- extra reason to have one, and not have to give it up for a 2h weapon.

Doing this you should also get some extra defense since the shield is protecting your back right?
So when you use shield with a one hand weapon you get the full stats of the shield when you sling the shield on your back you just get the defense stats of the shield.:)

It's a vanit with 0 stats, so not likely to happen.

and no a shield should not get to be on a back unless its vanity as having a 2h wepon with a shield would mean extreme armor+ extreme damage

i cant pretend to know anything about your specific animation/itemization methods, but cant you just set a position and orientation for shields on the back when 2h weapon is equipped on the toons?
