help urgent!!

Right i can still play PL a while ago now after i log out and make a break...i went on PL application but it wont let me login it only says "contacting server" its been 5 mins but nothing happens i tried it many times but still the same and also i uninstalled it but the problem still exist could you pls help me to fix it or is it server probem/down?
