Down time and cs

Hello all, first post. Just wondering if the clock stops on the cs when the game is down?

I asked Thade in chat about 13 minutes ago. He said he believes it keeps going.

It's probably timestamp-based, not tick-based, so we will lose the time unless the devs intervene.

that doesnt matter. when u insert an item it will saved with date/time in the DB and will always compared with acutal time.
