It will take a while to propagate to all App Store territories. Android version should already be available in both the Android Market and GetJar.

It never shows up on my phone, but if you search PL in the AppStore it'll say 1.7.1.1 so just delete PL and reinstall. It's been like that for me for since ao3 -.-
