So just now playin in LE on the mini dungeon I noticed a fallen comrade....I hurried up and resed him only to be killed by him.....

That's crazy! Are you sure it was your teammate who dealt you the damage, and not a nearby badguy?

Considering I didn't res till all of the mobs were dead yes it was my teammate :)

Even though you made sure all the guys were dead, the could've respawned near you and when you weren't expecting it a range enemy could have killed you.
