What builds give you highest 1 stat possible without buffs? Eg: Highest dodge, armor

So yeah as the title says, what builds give you highest 1 stat, for example what class with what gear will give you highest dodge without buffs?

I believe a level 56 pure STR bear with a Sewer King Helm & Plate, a Fury Fighter Sword & Shield, and a ring with 2 dodge on it would have the highest unbuffed dodge. And the highest buffed, too. :)
