Final fantasy 1 nes, but an awsome rpg is earthbound for snes. Very hard to get and a rare gane but its an rpg based in semi modern day usa. Instead of armor and swords u use baseball bats, pans, ball caps and everyday items. Probably my favorite rpg of all time. If u get a chance to play it and u like rpgs you gotta play it.

The first RPG I ever played was called Telearena. It was on a local bbs and I played with a smoking Internet speed of 1200 baud haha I would stay up all night playing this game and I'd had no graphics only text so you really had to use your imagination. The way you navigated was by pushing n s e w to go north south east or west. Then you would have to draw maps on paper in case you had to run from an enemy. To attack you pressed a enter. Oh the good ole days. It's amazing how far technology has came. Thank you Spacetimestudios for creating my favorite RPG of all time Pocket Legends

to tell the truth i really just got hooked on rpg's! my first was pokemon mystery dungoen explorers of time XD so fun!

Pocket Legends is my first real RPG game. I had some exposure to Dungeons and Dragons (samhaynes version) in my childhood but never really got onboard with it.
I am hooked now. I can't see that I will ever not be playing some type of RPG.
PL is my gateway drug :) an addict is born!

Chrono trigger is definately one of the best games ever made let alone rpgs. Another game that is a must play for rpg fan.

Okay if we are game reminiscing here....I am going to go old school entirely.
PL is my first MMORPG but my first video game console was an Atari 5200. It was originally my older brothers but he lost a bet with me and then it was all mine. I was maybe 8 at the time. I had a grand total of 6 games with it....ready for flashbacks?
PAC MAN, Space Invaders, Frogger, Centipede, Asteroids and Q*bert.
I loved that thing! My brother still reminds me of when I "swindled" him out of his Atari. ;)

My first rpg's were dragon warrior and final fantasy on nes. When I was like 5 or 6 ( late 1980's, lol) my mom took me to a local flea market. One of the merchants had nes and sega master system games. She told me to go ahead and pick two, and those were the two I went with :D
