View Full Version : How Was That a "Community Effort?"

I suspect the rebuilding Garetta effort was supposed to last a week instead of 36 hours. The event should have been set to last for a week even if the rebuilding happened quickly. Instead everything was cut off as soon as the bar was filled, making it the shortest event in Arcane Legends history. May it live in infamy.

So many players lost out on participating in this event. STS should re-start the event to allow MOST players to actually participate.

It's obvious STS didn't intend for it to be this short, but this really sours the expansion for a lot of players.

I agree and don't forget loads of chrome users like me couldn't even participate.

As G-M said in another thread, you all hit the goal WAY faster than we thought you would. Awesome job!

You can still collect building materials and craft supplies for a while longer though. So, if you are short on tokens for a reward or are trying for the Helping Hand achievement, you have more time.

Thank you for clearing that up Fibus.

Thank you! Do you know how long we have? I usually do not play much until the weekends! And the load times on Chrome were so horrendous, it made me not even want to log in!

The event will turn off on Thursday, 7/9, and have a 1 day cooldown following that.

Thanks for clarifying that, we'll put the pitchforks back up now. 8^).

This is correct. I expected a week from the event start until expansion. I had some work to do in real life, and within 24 hours I got a message saying expansion was the next day. I hadn't even gotten to log in, let alone participate. Disappointed not to be able to participate or have time to arrange schedule for expansion. We waited months for it, and then got like 12 hours notice. Every expansion before, we were told the date several days in advance.
