Since I still can't play PL and I'm bored at work, I decided to revisit some of the stats I've been playing with recently. One thing that interested me was "What do I need to raise x by 1 point." Of course this is for an enchantress as I'm fairly sure that stats affect the other classes differently. If this has already been done I'd love to see the results... just haven't been able to track down what each thing exactly gives.

So here is what I've come up with for a few of the stats.

Mana: 2 points of int give 1 mana (.5 mana per 1 int)

Health: 2 points of strength give 1 health (.5 health per 1 strength)

Armor: 18 points of strength give 1 armor (.055 armor per 1 strength)

Hit %: 6.67 points of dex gives 1 hit % (.15 hit per 1 dex)
10 points of int gives 1 hit % (.1 hit per 1 int)

Now these are all estimates but accounting for rounding they work with the data I have. When I get a chance or can get into game I'll look at some more. Min/max damage is an interesting one because every 10 points of int or dex appears to be giving +1 min/max. However in the long run dex provides more than int. I'll need to recheck my data when the server is up.

Damn... knew he probably did! I'll have to find it.

What you're looking for, I think, is in Section II. It is actually a fairly complex formula system, but it's accurate to +/- 1 point, due to some rounding.

Just read it... perfect. Only thing it didn't cover was health, mana and armor. My hit % was pretty close and I see the discrepancy in min/max damage now. Very cool.

Noneo also built an attribute calculator, based off a gear index and Phys' formulas, it is pretty cool: http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?22454-Noneo-s-Attribute-Calculator-Perfect-Your-Build

As far as health/mana/armo, Armor is not just based off Str, if I recall from fooling around with my stats. Dex and/or (indirectly) dodge will also boost armor...not as much as Str, but it does have some effect.

Yes however it is a very tiny effect. While strength seems to raise armor at a reasonable rate (18 for 1), dex appears to be closer to 60-100 for 1. So assuming equal strength, the difference between a str/int mage and a str/dex mage is around 2 armor.
