Rosefaded-Arcane Legends Chat Problem

I use LG Keyboard on my Android phone. It works chatting anywhere, but soon as I log onto Al most of the time my keyboard vanishes.
Does anyone know the solution to fix it vanishing????
I want to be able to help my friends & others, but I can't really do that if I can't reply or chat on Al :'(

keyboard settings -> reset keyboard

if its a bluetooth keyboard, remove the batteries and put them in again, forget device then add it again..

i also noticed after we type /g and chat, the next chat doesnt automatically have /guildchat anymore... now i have to write /g everytime i wanna talk again zzz --"

meh, go to settings and toggle smart chat....

Wazakesy....it doesnt show a reset option...just clear cache...which ive done plenty before..but still doesnt work...
