I'm still deciding whether to get the dex or str crown. I know a couple other people in the same boat. Would hate for it to be removed before i craft. Thanks

I think the dev team said previously that when any new level cap came they would reset level 56 xp back to normal scale (ie divide any by 10 whether completed 56 or not) and then might be a new x 10 XP cap, eg level 61.

I share the same understanding with you. Basically whoever can't reach LV56 when the level cap got raised, will lost all his/her extra xp due to the scaling. (i.e. 80/83k xp = 96% = 5760/6000xp after the level cap raised)
