Hey all im a little confused i did all quest and what next? How to get dailys? What about blacksmith? It says about artificer but i cant find him so what to do? Maybe i need to do some lvl up? And what is insignia ? Thank u very much

I've been told that you can do the daily quests when you are capped. (13 tokens per day, correct me if I'm wrong)
