Repeated game freeze crash on ipad minii

This has happened 6 times in a row now. Once while trying to chat, once when getting my daily Shazbot fix, and then again each time a I logged back in after the previous and tried to open the chat. The game completely freezes - can't even get to the screen to show the ping. I completely shut down the app after each crash.

As soon as I click the chat window on any toon, I'm toast.

Ipad mini ios 8.3

No other apps are running.

Edit: Both reinstalling the game and resetting the ipad were both required to fix.

Same here. Had to reset device and install again. Crash was fixed BUT LAG CAME IN AS HELL.

EDIT: BTW im using Android Running 4.1

Hmm i dont have this issues. I'm running with Android 4.1.2 too. It must be a device problem.
