Garetta tokens: gotten from the rebuilding garetta event, Done by crafting wood,limestone and iron into a Box of supplies that then gives you tokens.
Orc tags: gotten from dailies (i think)

Btw, STS should have that clarified somehow for people like me ;). Whether that be by tapping on the token image, or right under the description.

complete all the NPC quests, like the quests fribbel gives, then visit stallon the fearless and the imbued npc (nexto auction) to recieve these quests, their rewards are orc tags...
