I sent the devs a little email the other day and they responded very quickly. I was really surprised at how speedy they are - or maybe I shouldn't be surprised :)

Bans are not discussed on the forums. Sorry, you will just have to wait for the email back from them. Maybe double check you sent the email to support(at)spacetimestudios.com, replacing (at) with @.

Its been 4 or 5 hours and still no help from sts .........

I sent them an email once and didn't get a reply back for like 3 days. They have alot on thier plate right now. Think about all the angry emails they got from PL being offline and it wasn't even their fault lol.
