Is respecing ever going to be free or can u add earn plat button again bcus i dont want to pay 5$ just to respec

Devs are working on Tapjoy to reenable free plat. Respeccing is usually free after major updates that affect it, like the recent Global Cooldown affecting skills. Therefore there were free skill respecs for a few days.
