In fourty minutes this morning (with a lvl 55 int mage) I farmed nothing but Meathead in meathead's deli. Each run took approximately 23 seconds (including remaking the game). This equates to approximately 100 runs.

In these 100 runs, I farmed:
18k gold - from both liquidating, and gold drops
Magic Gem - 8k give or take
Ice Rabbit Ears - 150k (current market value)
L.5 Blacksmith Chain Mail Recepie - 100-150k
Plus throw in some lvl 10 green twink items - (I am not adding in this value because I have no idea the worth of most of the greens)

Total - 274k-324k in 40 mins
(275k/40)*60 = 412k per hour. Beat that Plasma Pyramid :p

Wow! That is some insane gold per hour :P At that rate, you would be making over 6 mil per hour haha.

Ya, last night I farmer for over 30 mins (without taking the rabbit ears quest -_- so that was a total waste) and didn't get anything worth while.

Nightarcher, I need the bone and fire ears as well. But I will just be farming meathead becuase they all drop there. Gonna be a long day haha.

HA HA - You guys were turning those runs over so fast I was off looking for the remake and missed the drop... LOL

I also dropped Flame Rabbit Ears soloing Fathom Crypts 4 a little earlier than this also... Now need the other two..

I got Bone Ears and Flame Ears and a bunch of gems I haven't checked prices of yet. Two other people in my team also got flame ears (and a bunch of gems). Seems like a good place to farm them.

I felt that Meathead Deli was the quickest. I do have a couple questions though since I'm probably missing something. Why are high levels joining these games when they can just create their own? Why are high level people forming groups for these dungeons? In FC4, you can rush to Skeller Krunch without any slow downs and without even bothering to attack anything on the way there.

Why not form groups? It still goes faster, and higher chance of drops (if I had gotten a second bone/flame ears, I would have given it to one of the others in the group who didn't get one).

I still don't get the reasoning though. The seconds you save with a group is lost when you wait for all of the members to join. If you proceed without them, they'll lose out on the drops because you'll be going too fast for them to catch up.

I can kind of understand the increased chance of drops since you have five members but I don't see many people just giving up a drop to another. This might happen with a friend or a very generous player but not the average player and/or in a PUG. Maybe I'm being too pessimistic about this. I only see this beneficial if everyone does what you do or if people pot everything together and split the proceeds amongst each other.

EDIT: I also want to add that I'm not criticizing people doing this. I'm just curious is all.

Haha, I farmed 2 the day they came out, but they were for such a low level I had no use for them (and thought they were worth nothing), so i gave them both away to friends.

Depending on who I team farm with, we do give each other the drops that we are missing.

But I would never wait around for a PUG in a Meathead's deli run, it would have to be a group of friends.

Who said we were waiting? We had a great group, everyone joined quickly. The only reason any of us slowed down was to make room in our bags (whodathunk that till yesterday I managed with 100 inventory slots yet today I wouldn't be able to get by with 150???).

Hmmm, you only farmed Meathead? Strange.
