Poisonous and Epi(c)demic gear nerfed

Hi STS :) this probably belongs in the Bugs section, but in the event that it's not a bug but for some reason deliberate... please advise what is happening with Poisonous/Epidemic gears, as the health and mana they used to give has been seriously nerfed. Ty!

I saw this thread and went to check. For lvl 15 rogue armor, previous hp/mana was 100, now it's only 20. Not sure if it's a bug or intentional, but if this remains, those armors are junks now.
