played PL for 3 month ago and now i come back.. and now i got questions .. :D

which build is the best to lvl ? :O aaaand.. any good placed to train for a lvl 31 char?

well at lvl 31 you should be in the ancient swamps campaign. So finish up all the quests there and then when you get to lvl 33 you can go to alien campaign.
For enchantress, going all +int on lvl ups is gonna be the easiest I would think.

Skellers return is also a good place for your level; provides a good change of pace from the swamps.
