There is a version of the new "Vigorous Band" ring that has absolutely no stats. There is currently a level 8 listed in the auction for 25k. What exactly is the purpose of this ring??

No stats? I looted this ring about 2x times in rengol map, first in misty grotto and the other in gnomish ruins. Does this ring drop in locked crates? No wonder this is a crashed market...

Currently there seems to be a few items without stats. I looted an epic item "endless loop" ring from Thumper in Cryogem and it was flat blank as well.
I'm guessing a lot of things need to be fixed in the next content update.
