New level 41 Warrior

So I recently bought the level 41 warrior pack using free platinum, would like a skill build for general warrior stuff and what not.

I also know i'll need to get new gear ASAP since the free gear you get is only epic, and only level 41.

Also now that I am level 41, where is the best place to level 41-46?

And I have 114 ability points to put in Strength, Int, or Dex? how many do I put in what?

Probably WT4, or the last map in the new expansion.

Try Kraken Mines 3 if u have a leprechaun amulet
Xp + Gold by Ren'gol crates that drop there

Also go full Str
Don't know about gear and skills as I am a mage :)
