Free dlc give away is not working for my Account

I've actually had my account for a long time now, but I mDe a new Char recently. Anyway an admin or some advice can help me resolve this issue. It's making me pay for the dungeons, rather than giving them to me for free. Just now I bought one of then for 5 plats to see if I was right and there we went my 5 platinums... Please help. Ty... The free ones are forest haven, dark forest, balefort castle, fathom crypt, lost expedition, ancient swamp, alien oasis (1-3), and balefort sewers. That allows for a free campaign covering every level range.
