okay so i have a lvl 50 dex bird and i wanna know is it possible to use a lvl 50 staff and hate armor + vynaxxer helm of hate and can ths be done on a lvl 50 if now whats the minimum lvl

probably crystal staff of the shadows or a lvl 51 mega mage/sewer queen

No, at lvl 50 it is impossible to have enough stat points to equip 2 different items (str/dex/int).
I think this is what ur asking.

55 I'm pretty sure. But I don't see why anyone would do it when there is RR and Custom. Dex bird is the best way to go.
