Did the designer change the happiness bonus of Stanlee?

I bought this pet for my end game warrior because it was shown to give 10% armor. (With current high armor, I should get more bonus from Stanlee)

But after today's upgrade, its happiness bonus said it only gives fixed 150 armor. It makes me very disappointed about this pet.

This should help pvp players but may hurt endlevel pve players. I noticed the secret alteration too.
