Where do you get the quest that gives you Cyber Armor of Cosmos ..?
And what's a good way to lvl up an alt character .. i just got a lvl 3 bear alt ... i wanna get it up to lvl 40+ ... which dungeon is the best for it ..? btw im lvl 50 pure int mage

Here's what you need, I think?
Quest: “Ok’Tal Totems”
Given by: Shadow Figure (spawns randomly in Mynas room on AO3 – Crush the Keeper)
Description: Collect 100 Totems from high-level Alien boss monsters!
Notes: Must be level 50 to get quest. Defeat AO3 bosses to collect 100 totems. Keeper usually gives one or two. Return to the Shadow Figure to complete quest.
