Dead City

Being a newbie i just got involved in a problem :/ I can't reach the dead city even tho am l14
I have completed the Ydra forest and defeated the boss in Rocks' Nest even did passed the portal and explored Kraag but can't find a way to dead city
If you guys know how to go there please tell me

I tried to explain it to you, okay here go to the end (before you see kraag tombs) by the cannons there should be a place where you can leave and go to dead city ^_^ newbie
