Where is Sizoo?

I feel kinda silly for asking, but I can't seem to find Sizoo for the First Contact quest in Alien Oasis. Could someone kindly point the way?

pretty much asl the ao3 maps ao3 means alien oasis part 3

One place he is in is ao3 crush the keeper. Also ao3 close encounters I think.

That's where I'm a little confused. This is my first time thru PL. I only see one Alien Oasis on the world map that takes me to City of Oasis. I could create a AO: Part III Close Encounters game...but I don't meet the level req's and it dumps me back into City of Oasis.

So, did they make this quest available at level 35 just to mess with my head?

its for lvl 50+or maybe lvl 45+ im not sure

I checked it out, and yes, he's the one at the beginning of 'captive audience' in 'alien oasis III'.

But.. He's purple (see screenshot below) :)

There is one at start of each AO3 map but Victory Lap. Each give you a quest about the level boss; starting from Keeper you need to be 45 to get the quest.
