I know it's an awful feeling when things don't work out the way you want them to. I've been in a similar situation before as well and it takes a long time to get over. It's very easy to then get caught up in your thoughts and emotions and that adds to making you feel worse. But as they say time is a healer, unfortunately, it can be a long process and sadly you can't get given a date for when you will feel better. Hang in there and things will improve, I'm sure of that.
