Hey guys,

My first char is currently 42, and I have been spending the last levels in Plasma Pyramid as its fast and easy xp. Occasionally my team members talk about some quests often refferring to "diaries" or "cyber armor".

What is this and when / where can I start it?

Is the Cyber armor better than the lvl 50 sets? I have been saving up for a Hate set, and got 2 pieces already. As Cyber seems to be free, am I perhaps better off with that?

Anything else I should know about at these levels let me know:)

In short, the Hate set is better. To get Cyber item, you must be level 50+ and have to go through a series of quests given to you by the Cyber Ghost, a random spawn near the shadows in AO3: Crush the Keeper. The quests are long, involving killing the Keeper like 200 times. I don't recommend you do these quests and just stick with your Hate set.
And btw, welcome to the forums Solyena!

if you have the funds to get hate gear, do so. it will last you to 55 if you play right. cyber gear, while free, takes forever to actually complete the quests for and are simply not better stat wise.

but they DO have blue sparkles O.o

you can also go hunting for the mystery gear, a crafting series of quests for lv50 items.

BTW check Yanis' threads in the traders section (at top) to see the stats of these items.

Thanks for the quick reply guys. Seems like the Cyber armor is a pain to get, so I'll rather save up for the Hate pieces. I took a look at yanis post and noticed the crafting quests for mystery armor, which looked interesting aswell!

Thanks for the welcome Slush, glad to be here:)
