Only highestlevel has para at lvl1 and lol normal gear at lvl1 is 500g for set and about 30k for sns(250armor hard lose hp) ^^

You don't take lvl1 that serious guys. It's for fun and to show off your rare lvl1 stuff. At lvl1 pvp its all about who has the best gear pretty much.
