uploading to you tube

well im going to creat guides for this game and i want to do it through my macbook so if i use photobucket and take a vid i then upload to you tube but.......

taking a vid from photbooth makes it quicktime and will they work or do i have to convert it to something else. for ipods to view

well, do you know if you have to change it? have you done a test upload?
what are you recording with, your mac? it would be a fail if youtube could not be directly uploaded from a mac...
