need help with color dots by health bar on enemys.

hello i have seen to many enemys with those colored dots by there health.
if any one can tell me what the colors mean please tell me.

They mean to show you how "hard" they are relative to your level and how much exp they give you.

I believe the order goes :

Red - Highest
Yellow
White
Green
Blue - Lowest color to get xp and raise your kill count
Gray - No xp
