I think people had problems getting their photo on the wall if they were on the Facebook mobile app. Apparently you need to be on a full web browser version of Facebook to be able to do it. Next time we do something similar we'll include a lot more instructions about how to get the image on the Pocket Legends Facebook wall.

They clearly stated in the rules that the community would be voting on this one, not the devs.
You can't expect to win just because you entered. Spending money does not guarantee you a win. And many people spent a lot of time and/or money on it. It's a risk you take, if you feel like taking the risk.

As for everyone getting rewarded 50 plat? I bet the Toaster Strudel guy would get a kick out of that.

I'm sorry you are upset. It's a contest though and not everybody can win. Why so much anger at PL and STS? The reason you even entered was because they gave you the opportunity. I thank them for all they do. Contests and extra stuff like this keeps the game fun.

Everyone who made a cake should get the 50 plats award . We all ( people who made cakes ) worked hard, we payed a lot of real money and we payed attention in it .
I did 4 cakes, I used all my pocket money for it . I've spent 85€ in all that stuff . You don't even know what 85€ is for me, it's like 5-6 months of pocket money. I didn't slept at all for 24 hours . That's the first time I made cakes .
I'm really happy for all I did, and i'm really sad . Sad because we won't even get a thank .
I know there's people that are gonna say " but devs are great " or " stop complaining " bla bla .. these sort of guys, all I want is to put them in my bin . They suck . It's a very clear design, nothing looks messy, very nice. I can see that everyone put their hard work on it, but I see precision and congruence the most in #2's cake.

Thanks! I wasn't satisfied with the models either, but gum paste doesn't work as well as clay. It was also 1AM when I worked on them, LOL. Lack of sleep makes the hands a little less precise. I appreciate your good eye and thanks for the vote! I don't think I will catch up to Gurgox, but I hope to give her a run for her money!

Oh and it tastes like chocolate, with chocolate, with sugar on top! :). My kids enjoyed it!

People could easily cheat. It's not that difficult to create a facebook account, add the page, and like your cake. On here the devs have more control in who votes and can track IP addresses to make sure someone isn't creating accounts to boost votes.

On another note, why are people getting so upset over this contest? It was supposed to be fun! How much you spent is irrelevant. You made the personal choice to spend that much money on the contest.

Thanks for voting for me. The hardest part was trying to mix the colors to get the right shades. Coloring can be very tedious. 1 drop too many and it throws the whole color off. Overall it was fun though.
